William Martin - Founder and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Martin is responsible for the overall management of Martin Enterprises and has significant experience in property management and ownership. As the CEO of Martin & Martin Properties LLC, he has been investing in real estate with his sister and family since 1988. Prior to 1988 Mr. Martin was a local farmer and an ordained Minister. He is also a long time member and Past-Presidentof his Rotary club in Visalia, CA.

Joshua Martin

Mr. Martin directs our management and advisory services. Mr. Martin is a former project manager of a top ten business consulting company in Los Angeles and has over 9 years of experience helping clients add value to their businesses. Mr. Martin graduated with honors from the University of Southern California and has passions for sustainable energy projects and energy efficient real estate development. Mr. Martin supports these goals through company advisory work and his outside investment company Paradigm Equity Group, LLC.

Valentino Sabuco

Mr. Sabuco has been a long time financial advisor to families and businesses across the nation. He is also a former principal in several CPA firms. A long time friend of the Martin family. Mr. Sabuco is also a syndicated financial columnist through Universal Press Syndicate; founder and Chairman of Noverus Inc., a financial publishing and technology company; and is a founder of The Culinary Society of AmericaTM, LLC.
