William Martin - Founder and CEO

Mr. Martin is responsible for the overall management of Martin Enterprises and has significant experience in property management and real estate ownership. As the CEO of Martin and Martin Properties LLC, he has been investing in real estate with his sister and family since 1988. Prior to 1988 Mr. Martin was a local farmer and an ordained Minister. He is also a long time member and Past-President of The County Center Rotary Club in Visalia, CA.  Mr. Martin spends the majority of his time in Visalia and Morro Bay, CA.

Joshua Martin - Board Member

Mr. Martin oversaw our investment management and advisory services for approximately 10 years. Mr. Martin is a former business consultant previously based in Los Angeles and has over 13 years of experience helping clients add value to their businesses with 20+ years of experience specifically in commercial real estate investments and ventures. He graduated from the University of Southern California and is now focused in renewable energy projects, opportunistic real estate investments, and affiliated investment management responsibilities. Mr. Martin spends the majority of his time in Park City, UT and visiting investment opportunities across the USA.

Valentino Sabuco - Board Member

Mr. Sabuco has been a long time financial advisor to families and businesses across the nation. He is a pioneer of the “fee only” financial service industry and a former principal in several CPA firms. Mr. Sabuco is the Chief Financial Officer to the Martin family. Mr. Sabuco is also a syndicated financial columnist; and the Executive Director and Publisher for The Financial Awareness Foundation.  Mr. Sabuco resides in Sonoma County, CA.
